Therapeutic outdoor learning and inspiration @ Quantock Nature Workshops
We have created Quantock Nature Workshops to provide therapeutic outdoor learning and inspiration. We believe that nature can be a resource for our mental, spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing. Therefore, our workshops are for people who want to restore and rebuild their wellbeing through connection with nature. We gently inspire people who want to connect with nature. Our hope is that participants will learn to more deeply relate to nature, themselves, and others after attending our workshops.
Outdoor learning and inspiration
Do you want help to embrace the seasons, or to integrate outdoor living into your everyday life? Maybe you need respite in your caring for others? Our therapeutic outdoor learning workshops help participants to relate more deeply to nature, themselves and others, so that they are able to use nature as a resource for their everyday life. For example, learning how to slow down and discover a deeper appreciation and benefit from the land.
Workshops
In every workshop, there are activities that support learning new skills and enjoying the outdoors with like-minded people. Each outdoor therapeutic workshop begins with a inspirational activity around the fire, followed by individual and group activities. Group activities include exploration & discovery, learning about horticulture, creating something practical to take home, sharing experiences of nature with the group, relaxation, food, and movement. We also curate space for quiet reflection, enabling you to deeply benefit from the beautiful surroundings. Most of what you need to participate is supplied but you will need to think about clothing. Details of what you need to bring are on our FAQs page.
Where are we?
